Baked Cream Chicken

Ingredients:


Chicken with legs- 1/2
Potatoes- 3 cubed
Carrots- small cubed
Peas- 250 gms
Beans- 125 gms chopped finely
Cauliflower- 100 gms ( broken into small bits)
Flour- 7 tsp
Cream- 3/4 cup
White vinegar- 1 tsp
Salt- to taste
Lemon juice- 2 tsp
Milk- 1 1/2 - 2 cups
Butter- 3- 4 tbsp
Onions- 2 tsp chopped
Green chillies- 2-3 chopped
Kraft cheese- 2 to 3 slices


Method:
  • Melt butter in a pan. Add onions, green chillies and flour.
  • Stir fry. Add milk and cook till little thick.
  • Remove it from fire and then add boiled or steamed vegetables and boiled chicken pieces ( without bones).
  • Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and cream. Then put it in a greased pie dish. Sprinkle grated cheese and bake it in a preheated oven over a pan of hot water till cheese is golden brown.
