Paneer- Do-Pyaza

Ingredients:


Paneer- 300 gms- cut into square pieces
Onion- 3 cut into square pieces
Tomato- 3 - liquidized into puree
Butter- 50 gms
Kasoori Methi- 1 tsp
Salt and black pepper- to taste
Canola Oil- 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander leaves finely chopped - to garnish


Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry onions until translucent. Add tomato puree and spices.
  • Cook for a while (5 minutes)and then add paneer pieces.
  • Sprinkle kasoori methi and take it out in a dish. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
TIP: I use smart balance instead of butter. According , to the size of vegetables here, i use 1 1/2 onions and 2 plum tomatoes for this recipe
