Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

Egg Yolks- 3
Oil- 400 ml
Mustard powder- 1 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tbsp
Salt- to taste
White pepper- 1/2 tsp
Sugar- 1/2 tsp

Method:

  • Beat egg yolks, mustard, salt, pepper ad sugar first.
  • Keep on adding oil till the emulsion is ready and the add vinegar
  • Use for sandwiches or salad dressings and coleslaw.
