If there is one dish that can make siblings fight for who gets the crusty part of it, this is it!!!
The method of spreading cheese in the form of a layer on this dish and then baking it, helps in forming a layer of crusty cheese, which is incredibly tasty to anyone who has a love for cheese.
I have tried making this dish with mozzarella cheese as well , but the flavor is more authentic when Amul cheese is used, which can be found readily in Indian stores. Mac n cheese remains a favorite for many a people even when they are no longer kids and this indeed is a very different yet easy of making it. Try it out!
