Ingredients
Roasted Bhuni Sevia ( Roasted Vermicilli)- 2 cups
Boiled Water- 3 cups
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Ghee- 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add the vermicilli to it and roast them for 2-3 minutes
- Add sugar and water. Stir and cook covered till the water dries.
- Serve hot.
