Sweet Sevia





Ingredients


Roasted Bhuni Sevia ( Roasted  Vermicilli)- 2 cups
Boiled Water- 3 cups
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Ghee- 1 tbsp


Method:

  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add the vermicilli to it and roast them for 2-3 minutes
  • Add sugar and water. Stir and cook covered till the water dries.
  • Serve hot.
