Raita

Ingredients:


Yogurt-2 cups
Water- 1/2 cup
Onion small- 1/8
Tomato- 1
Salt- to taste
Black pepper powder- to taste

Method:

  • Take yogurt in a bowl. Add water and stir with a hand beater to liquidify. 
  • To this, add salt and pepper. 
  • Chop onions into very small pieces. Remove pulp of tomato and chop into small pieces.
  • At the time of serving, add tomatoes and onions to the yogurt. Serve chilled.
