Chocolate Coffee- Serves 6

My love for coffee ever since i was a child has been so strong that i enjoy experimenting with new and different ways to consume it !! As a child, i remember wondering when i would grow up, just because mum would always tell me that you cannot have coffee as a child. I stumbled upon this recipe today and guess what? This one is an extra special one, because along with  coffee it has another one of my favorites - C-H-O-C-O-L-A-T-E ( and i know , many of my readers would agree that these two c's are their favorites too). When i came across both chocolate and coffee together in this drink, i couldn't resist making it for myself and trying it out. Usually , i tend to have chocolate that i hide ( at different places in my kitchen!!)for times like these when i have sudden chocolate cravings, but today because i couldn't find any i added bittersweet chocolate chips that i had in my pantry.
Not only did we enjoy the taste, but also found that the texture was just perfect...neither is too thick nor too watery. Simply.....mouthwatering chocolaty goodness. Try it out !!!
