Kulfi is a frozen dairy dessert of the Indian subcontinent. It is often described as "traditional Indian ice cream". Kulfi For 12 Kulfis 100 grams Milk Powder or 50 grams Khoya( dried whole milk solids 1liter milk 1/2 cup sugar 10 almonds 5 pistachios 1/2 tsp cardamom powder Method- Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan add milk powder( or Khoya) and reduce to approximately half the volume. Add sugar, crushed cardamom powder, almond and pistachio. Cool it thoroughly Pour in ice-cream lollipop containers , secure lid and freeze Enjoy! |
