Wheat flour - 1/4 cup
Sugar-1/4 cup
Boiling water-3/4 cup
Ghee- 2 tbsp
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add wheat flour and then keep stirring for 3-4 minutes till the time the color of the flour changes to golden brown.
- Add the sugar and keep stirring. To this, slowly in increments of around 1/4 cup, add water stirring continuously all the time , so that no lumps are formed.
- Serve hot when all the water dries up.
