Halwa - Wheat

Ingredients
Wheat flour - 1/4 cup
 Sugar-1/4 cup
 Boiling water-3/4 cup 
Ghee- 2 tbsp 

 Method
  •  Heat ghee in a pan. Add wheat flour and then keep stirring for 3-4 minutes till the time the color of the flour changes to golden brown.
  •  Add the sugar and keep stirring. To this, slowly in increments of around 1/4 cup, add water stirring continuously all the time , so that no lumps are formed. 
  • Serve hot when all the water dries up.



 TIP: It is very important to keep on stirring the wheat and sugar mixture when adding the water, so that no lumps are formed.

  3. Sure thing Madzy, try it out and let me know how it went. This is a super easy recipe, just make sure you are stirring all the time while adding water.
