1 Tandoori chicken - 8 pieces
Tomatoes- 500 gms or Tomato Paste- 100 gms
Butter- 1 tbsp + 100 gms
Fresh cream - 1 cup
Juice of 1 lemon
Sugar- 1 tsp + 1 tsp of salt
Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Chicken stock- 1 cup
Method:
- Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan.
- Add tomato past, 1 cup of fresh cream , lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper powder.
- Add 1 cup of chicken stock and chicken pieces and allow it to cook for 8- 10 minutes till the gravy is thick.
- Add 100 gms of butter and cover.
- Before serving, garnish with grated boiled egg slices of tomatoes and green coriander leaves.
