Mint Leaves- 1/2 bunch
Fresh Coriander leaves- 1/2 bunch
Green chillies- 2-3
Ginger- 1" piece
Garlic- 2-3 cloves
Onion( small)-2 -3
Raw Mango- 1/2 or Amchhor ( powdered green mango)- 1 tbsp or Anardana( Pomegranate powder)- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Bhuna Zeera- 1/2 tsp
Black Salt- 1/2 tsp
Red chillies-1/2 tsp
Garam Masala powder-1/4 tsp
Method:
Grind everything together to make chutney. Keep it in the fridge in an airtight container.
TIP: Please note that my mum wrote all these recipes according to the Indian standards and sizes of vegetables. That is why i have specified that the onions need to be small.

ReplyDeletei also remember those tricolored sandwiches(sauce,butter,chutney with bread sides cut out neatly) whenever i see chutney. Remember it was our favourite school tiffin with seekh kababs.
