Garam Masala


Garam masala  is a blend of ground spices commonly used in North Indian cuisine.
Ingredients 
 1/2 cup cumin seeds
 1/4 cup black cumin 
 1 tbsp Cloves
 1 1/2 tbsp black peppercorn 
 1/2 tbsp white pepper
 15-20 cinnamon sticks 
 8-10 Black cardamom 
 15-20 green cardamom
 1 nutmeg
 1 tbsp poppy seeds
 2-4 Indian bay leaves 
 1 tsp dried Ginger powder 

 Method 
Grind everything together in a mixer and keep it in an airtight container.
