Ingredients:
Roasted and ground cumin seeds- 2 tbsp
Roasted and ground coriander seeds- 2 tbsp
Roasted and ground pomegranate seeds- 4 tbsp
Garam Masala powder- 2 tbsp
Black salt- 1 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder- 1 tsp
Dried mint leaves powder- 1 tsp
Method:
Grind everything together in a mixer and store in an airtight container.
TIP: This masala can also be used for stuffing small eggplants ( baingan) and ladyfingers ( bhindi).

Mum used to make this masala fresh and then make channa. That would make the channa taste extra special!
