Bread and Butter Pudding

Ingredients:

Bread slices- 4 to 6
Butter- to spread over bread slices
Milk-1 1/2 - 2 cups
Eggs- 2-3
Sugar- 1/2 cup

Method:

  • Butter 4-6 slices of bread and cut them into cubes. Arrange in a greased glass dish.
  • Hand beat milk, eggs and sugar and pour it in the dish.
  • Let it swell up for 1/2 hour.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Enjoy warm.

  2. Do we have to swelll d whole of it in a oven or beat it till 1/2hrs.

  3. Ritz, you have to let it swell up by keeping outside ( on a kitchen slab) for half an hour. Then , you bake it an oven for half an hour.
